Job Title: Senior Product Line Manager

Nordson Test & Inspection is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Senior Product Line Manager for Automated X-Ray Metrology. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for managing the product life cycle to ensure it meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams, engineering, and operations to identify and mitigate risks related to manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
  • Manage and communicate market intelligence, ideas, and competitive activity to engineering, regional sales, service, and applications teams.
  • Support the global product marketing manager in developing annual and strategic marketing plans.
  • Assume commercial responsibility for the product line and top new products revenue and gross margin.
Requirements:
  • Professional engineering and/or business qualifications.
  • Master and/or PhD degree.
  • Strong business development and product management experience, including ownership of product roadmaps.
  • Excellent influencer with experience managing remote international teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage and range of stakeholders.
