Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems
  • Oversee electrical systems related to mechanical operations, general electrical needs, advanced automated lighting controls, and boiler systems
  • Handle reticulated gases and refrigeration systems
  • Provide expert management and maintenance of our control systems, including Building Management System (BMS), Energy Management System (EMS), and Boiler System
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our campus-wide building management system and associated engineering software
Requirements
  • Recent experience programming building automation PLCs
  • Background in HVAC support, along with installation, maintenance, and engineering of building automation controls
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and specifications
  • Genuine enthusiasm for control technology
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
