We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bid Coordinator to become a vital part of our Project and Bid team. This position offers flexibility with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

The Bid Coordinator will undertake the following tasks:

  • Overseeing significant bids and tenders.
  • Formatting resumes and maintaining divisional records.
  • Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and supplier inquiries.
  • Identifying potential opportunities, monitoring portals, and disseminating information to teams.
  • Maintaining divisional tracking systems.
  • Downloading tender documentation and organizing bid folders and collaboration channels.
  • Creating and updating divisional databases of bid-related information and materials.
  • Leading smaller bid submissions.
  • Scheduling reviews in line with the business winning process.
  • Coordinating feedback from the bid team.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team for necessary promotional materials for bids.
  • Participating actively in the Project Support Community.
  • Providing training and mentorship to junior colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

While experience with bid systems is beneficial, we primarily value a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and the capability to follow processes while managing multiple tasks.
