Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Primary Care 24. As a key member of our community care management team, you will be responsible for providing operational leadership and contributing to the overall service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management
- Ensure effective operational management of direct reports, including clinical personnel, including sickness management, performance management, annual leave requests, and appraisals in line with organisational policies.
- Provide a visible presence for staff during times of service delivery.
- Ensure regular team meetings and briefings are delivered.
- Oversee the rota for your services.
- Monitor service KPIs and implement agreed corrective measures.
- Ensure performance targets and KPIs are understood by all staff.
- Leadership and Development
- Educated to degree level or equivalent work-based experience.
- Leadership attributes, acting as a role model with the ability to assess others' skills, coach, and develop personnel where appropriate.
- Ability to develop, coach, and motivate personnel to work to their full potential.
- Capability to work under pressure and to tight and often changing deadlines.
- Requirements
- Available to work weekend hours.
- Ability to travel across sites within the Liverpool and Southport areas.
- UK driving licence and a vehicle is advantageous but not essential.
