Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at ANS. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling more to an existing customer base, through up-sell on existing products and cross-sell of new. You will build on existing relationships and develop new relationships across customers whilst providing amazing service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify growth opportunities within your set of customers – pipeline coverage of three times your target
  • Meet your customer base monthly – in the main face to face
  • Generate referrals into our horizontal sales teams
  • Work closely with the internal and external partners, ANS marketing, other ANS Sales teams & Microsoft to maximize the ANS product set into their accounts
  • Deliver annual sales targets – through up-sell and cross-sell
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through CRM including working with our presale's solution architects in your existing customers
  • Manage a set of enterprise and mid-market accounts through a mix of verticles and industries.
  • Work with the delivery throughout the project and own the commercial
  • Ensure a smooth transition into project delivery and then a smooth transition into managed service delivery.
  • Provide a single point of contact, engagement plans for your customer base
  • Own the product and service penetration matrix for each account – baselines,
  • Work closely with the CSM and CSA team including attending Service Reviews, QBRs, project updates, project boards to ensure a fantastic CX
  • Facilitate the renewals with the CSM, CSA & Renewals Team
  • Fully understand the landscape and people in your customer base, identify share of wallet across our services
  • Own all the actions
  • Work with MSFT Teams and appropriate Vendors to support your customer base and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • IT Sales, Cloud or Hosting background would be advantageous
  • Commercially minded
  • Goal oriented and driven
  • Ability to create strong relationships with senior leaders and c suite
  • Capable negotiator and ability to create and manage pipeline effectively
  • Able to prioritise, multi-task and work on your own initiative
  • Looking for the opportunity to develop and step up to bigger and greater challenges
