Our client is a leading provider of mechanical plants for the Water industry across the UK. They offer a range of services including water & wastewater treatment, design, fabrication, site installation, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with Company Health and Safety Policies
- Manage Client Enquiries as directed by Line Manager
- Lead Tendering Processes
- Develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Develop Safe Systems of Work
- Manage Frameworks
- Plan, Prepare, and Deliver Projects
- Plan, Prepare, and Lead Site Resource
- Ensure Compliance with Client Specification
- Procure Plant, Material, and Resource for Project Deliverables
- Engage with Clients and Build Relationships
- Supervise Sites where necessary
- Lead and Commit to meeting Company Targets and KPIs
- Deliver Quality and Service at all times
- Experience in the Water Industry and Construction Site Environments
- Recognised practical qualifications (HND/Degree/Apprenticeship) and certificates (IOSH, CSCS Card, DOMS/Water Hygiene etc)
- Experience working with materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, and ductile iron pipework
- A thorough understanding of all relevant H&S regulations and risk assessments
- Availability for travel throughout Scotland and occasionally other parts of the UK
- Experience in mechanical plant repair, maintenance, and refurbishment, site surveys, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with pumps and drive motor removal and installations
