**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with feeding and mealtimes, promoting a safe and dignified experience
  • Engage with residents to understand their interests and needs, providing tailored support and activities
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, including general housekeeping and tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
  • Support the physical and mental wellbeing of residents through activities and interventions

Shift Patterns:

  • Day shifts: 8am - 8pm
  • Night shifts: 8pm - 8am

Requirements:

  • Two written references
