Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Allied and Clinical Healthcare. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to residents in our supported living facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Monitor and record health changes, reporting concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Encourage and assist residents in participating in social and recreational activities.

Requirements

  • Must be living in the UK and have the right to work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • At least 6 months of personal care experience in a paid environment within the last 2 years in the UK or Ireland.
  • The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
