**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scientific Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our scientific staff in the life sciences department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the research and development team, including managing correspondence and maintaining project timelines.
  • Document Management: Organize, maintain, and update scientific documentation, including research reports, project proposals, regulatory submissions, and study data.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input and manage scientific data, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the planning and coordination of scientific projects, including tracking progress, managing project schedules, and ensuring key milestones are met.

**Requirements**

  • Administration/coordination experience within the scientific industry.
  • High-level word processing and computing skills, with effective knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel.
  • Competent literacy skills, high standard of written English.
