Your Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input new business, policy amendments, and renewals into our systems, maintaining meticulous records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare comprehensive and professional supporting documentation within specified timeframes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver a high-quality service experience.
  • Provide efficient administrative assistance to the Account Handling team, enabling them to focus on client-facing activities and growth initiatives.
  • Adhere strictly to Group policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to work requests with professionalism and precision.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Prioritize client satisfaction by adhering to KYC (Know Your Customer) and TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles, handling all tasks in compliance with regulatory guidelines and business policies.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C including English and Mathematics.
  • Proven experience in client service and administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail within established processes and systems.
  • A basic understanding of the insurance broking market and the importance of regulatory compliance (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using Acturis (desirable but not essential).
