About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Account Handlers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to exceptional client service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Accurately input new business, policy amendments, and renewals into our systems, maintaining meticulous records in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare comprehensive and professional supporting documentation within specified timeframes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver a high-quality service experience.
- Provide efficient administrative assistance to the Account Handling team, enabling them to focus on client-facing activities and growth initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to Group policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements.
- Respond promptly and accurately to work requests with professionalism and precision.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Prioritize client satisfaction by adhering to KYC (Know Your Customer) and TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles, handling all tasks in compliance with regulatory guidelines and business policies.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C including English and Mathematics.
- Proven experience in client service and administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail within established processes and systems.
- A basic understanding of the insurance broking market and the importance of regulatory compliance (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using Acturis (desirable but not essential).
