We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Housekeeping to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning services
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure high standards are maintained
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient service
  • Monitor and report on cleaning standards and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high standards
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
