Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Assign daily cleaning duties to housekeeping staff, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
- Coordinate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for staff

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
