We're a rapidly growing scale-up business, and we're looking for a talented Senior ESG & Sustainability Executive to help us drive forward our sustainability initiatives.

As a Senior ESG & Sustainability Executive, you'll be responsible for overseeing and actioning our sustainability roadmap, ensuring our ESG guarantees vetting process is industry-leading, and developing and enforcing ESG policies and guidelines within the organization.

You'll work closely with our brand operations and senior management team to ensure we meet our ESG goals and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the daily processes for our award-winning Wolf & Badger ESG guarantees vetting process for independent brands
* Develop and enforce ESG & sustainability policies and guidelines within the organization
* Monitor and report on sustainability & vetting performance with a data-first approach
* Lead on the preparation, execution, and planning of monthly and annual ESG reports for the board and external stakeholders
* Support the wider brands team with quality assurance and other ad hoc elements of brand partnerships and operations

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive starting salary of £32,000 - £39,000 per annum
