As the Ward Leader for our 12-bed Spinal Rehabilitation Unit, you will be responsible for the leadership and effective management of the clinical environment. Your role will involve maintaining a prominent and professional presence within the clinical setting, ensuring high standards of patient care.

The Rehabilitation Centre at London Bridge Hospital is a leading facility in the UK, specifically designed for rehabilitation patients. We offer tailored and intensive care programs for individuals with complex neurological conditions, including spinal cord injuries, strokes, and head injuries. Our comprehensive services include various specialized rehabilitation programs.

With over four decades of experience, London Bridge Hospital provides top-tier healthcare services across various specialties, including neurosurgery, spinal surgery, and acute neurological rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Spinal Rehabilitation Unit, ensuring a high standard of clinical care.
  • Act as a clinical leader and role model, promoting evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients and staff to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC PIN.
  • Demonstrated postgraduate experience with leadership capabilities.
