We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Ward at London Bridge Hospital. The successful candidate will have a background of neuro and/or spinal rehabilitation experience within an inpatient setting.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality and innovative nursing practice in line with HCA mission and vision and national guidelines and standards in both spinal and neuro rehabilitation.
- Work with the Multidisciplinary Team to provide advanced, specialised care for patients with complex neurological conditions.
- Support the nursing and therapy teams in delivering outstanding patient care relating to HCA mission and values.
- Experience working in spinal and/or neuro rehabilitation post-registration nursing.
- NMC registration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A good command of both written and spoken English.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team within healthcare.
- An ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
- BLS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire.
- Able to work flexible shift pattern including weekends and nights.
- 25 days holiday each year (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service, with option to buy or sell leave to suit you.
