Job Title: Staff Nurse - Neuro Rehabilitation Ward

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Ward at London Bridge Hospital. The successful candidate will have a background of neuro and/or spinal rehabilitation experience within an inpatient setting.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality and innovative nursing practice in line with HCA mission and vision and national guidelines and standards in both spinal and neuro rehabilitation.
  • Work with the Multidisciplinary Team to provide advanced, specialised care for patients with complex neurological conditions.
  • Support the nursing and therapy teams in delivering outstanding patient care relating to HCA mission and values.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in spinal and/or neuro rehabilitation post-registration nursing.
  • NMC registration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team within healthcare.
  • An ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
  • BLS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 months of hire.
  • Able to work flexible shift pattern including weekends and nights.
