We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our award-winning team at The Sonas Hotel Collection. This exciting opportunity is available at one of our properties, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day restaurant operation and ensuring that our guests are served to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily restaurant operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing Food & Beverage team, providing coaching and support to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's senior management team to align restaurant operations with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Valid right to work within the United Kingdom.
