Mortgage and Protection Adviser Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team at Quilter Financial Planning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage and protection advice to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and aspirations.

About the Role:

  • Meet performance targets and exceed client expectations
  • Prospect and organise meetings with potential clients
  • Fact-find effectively to establish clients' current finances and future aspirations
  • Provide high-quality professional mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available
  • Explain required insurance and protection products so that clients can make informed choices
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within the required timescale
  • Keep up-to-date with new mortgage and protection products and changes in mortgage regulation
  • Maintain generic knowledge of the Financial Services industry and knowledge deemed necessary
  • Embrace company values and promote them effectively alongside the brand

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • CeMAP or relevant mortgage qualification
  • Positive attitude and excellent team communication
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Minimum 2 years+ experience in the financial services industry
