We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our team on a Self-Employed basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage and protection advice to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mortgage planning and protection, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice to clients. You will be responsible for meeting performance targets, prospecting and organizing meetings, and providing expert advice on mortgage and protection products.

Key Responsibilities

Meet performance targets and deliver high-quality advice to clients
Prospect and organize meetings with potential clients
Provide expert advice on mortgage and protection products
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within the required timescale
Stay up-to-date with new mortgage and protection products and changes in mortgage regulation

Requirements

CeMAP or relevant mortgage qualification
Positive attitude and excellent team communication skills
Minimum 2 years+ experience in mortgage planning and protection
Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
