About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Data & AI Strategy team at Stealth iT Consulting. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients leverage data and AI to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective data and analytics operating models for our clients, covering all components required to deliver an effective data and AI capability.
  • Provide guidance and advisory services to clients on a wide range of data and analytics capabilities at all points of the data and analytics value chain.
  • Work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to assess the maturity of existing data capabilities, identifying opportunities for re-use and corresponding gaps in capability.
  • Develop blueprints for an organization's operating model, overlaying findings against strategic objective analytics.
  • Collaborate with clients to overcome barriers to success, utilizing communication, training, and persuasion to bring individuals on the journey and equip them with the skills they need to be a part of its success.
  • Integrate ethical and responsible data practices into operating models, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the development of our practice by identifying new market opportunities, creating innovative offerings, and creating thought leadership content.
Requirements
  • Organizational design experience, with a deep understanding of what makes data teams effective.
  • Knowledge of effective data and analytics delivery models, including agile data product development, AI/MLOps, and AnalyticsOps.
  • An understanding of business architecture, including the importance of effective alignment of data and analytics teams with existing or to-be business architecture.
  • Knowledge of the data value chain, including data acquisition, creation, exploitation, consumption, deletion, and archival.
  • An understanding of data tooling, including the different types and purposes of data and analytical tooling and platforms available.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to and debate with C-suite, end-users, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strategy development and implementation experience, with the ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues to define strategic goals for data and analytical capabilities.
  • An understanding of scaling data analytics and AI, including the design and build of small-scale proof of values transitioning to fully automated data analytics pipelines with advanced AI and ML use cases.
