Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cover Supervisor to provide support in Key Stages 1 and 2 in our partner schools. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for covering classes and teaching identified groups as directed by the phase leader or class teacher.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Covering classes and teaching identified groups as directed by the phase leader or class teacher.
  • Supporting students to engage with the work provided, including providing support where necessary with literacy, numeracy, and organisational skills.
  • Delivering interventions to support pupils to ensure they can access education within class and provide support including visuals.
  • Providing intervention sessions as directed.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified and experienced Teaching Assistant or QTS/ Degree qualification in Education.
  • An enhanced DBS certificate (we can process one if necessary).
  • UK resident with some previous experience of working in a UK school.
