Operations Director Mental Health & Complex Care, Young Adults

About the Role

As the Operations Director Mental Health & Complex Care, Young Adults, you will have operational responsibility for a 5-bed service and a newly commissioned 4-bed service for young adults with complex care needs. You will ensure adherence to Safeguarding policies and maintain compliance with legislative and regulatory conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services for young adults with complex care needs
  • Manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of the services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements
  • At least two years of multi-site or RI experience within complex care for young adults (ABI/Physical Disabilities, etc.)
  • Proven track record in line with CQC standards
  • Nurse qualification or experience overseeing nursing services for young adults
  • Right to work in the UK and a full UK Manual Driving Licence
