About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at ENS Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with disabilities in various residential settings in Greenwich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
  • Support clients in engaging in social activities and outings, and implement behavior management strategies as needed.
  • Administer medication following prescribed guidelines and monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
