Job Title: Specialist Occupational Therapist - Neurological Rehabilitation Service

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated therapy team at our Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Greenwich.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the multidisciplinary team in diagnosis, problem formulation, and rehabilitation planning.
* Act as a Key Worker/Named Therapist to coordinate and manage therapeutic programs aimed at achieving agreed rehabilitation goals.
* Play a crucial role in planning safe discharges for patients.
* Prescribe and provide necessary equipment to support patient rehabilitation.
* Collaborate within the MDT to support service development.
* Maintain accurate records and clinical notes in line with company policy and RCOT guidelines.
* Contribute to the in-service education and training programs for the wider MDT.
* Safeguard patients' wellbeing and protect their human rights.
