Job Title: Unqualified Reception Teaching Assistant

EdEx is seeking a dedicated and passionate Unqualified Reception Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Primary School in the heart of Westminster.

About the Role:

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for the entire academic year, starting ASAP. As a Unqualified Reception Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children across EYFS, Reception, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general classroom support to teachers and pupils
  • Work with a range of mild SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia
  • Support children in developing fundamental skills such as critical thinking, active listening, teamwork, and communication
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a degree from a reputable University
  • Have a clear passion for education and a hunger to learn
  • Be fully committed to the role
  • Have a good understanding of the Primary curriculum and general knowledge of SEN (desirable but not essential)
