Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Otis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Manage site budgets and resources, controlling expenditure and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Project Delivery: Implement project plans, manage site logistics, and ensure installation progress meets contractual obligations.
  • Project Performance: Monitor and report on site performance, ensuring delivery targets are met and customer commitments are fulfilled.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to field engineering teams, setting clear expectations and ensuring individual and team accountability.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to project challenges.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with organisational processes and procedures, working closely with relevant departments and subject matter experts.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in field management, financial management, and customer relationship building.
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrable people management and leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Qualifications: NVQ level 3 or 4 qualified in Engineering or equivalent relevant qualification or experience.
