Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver lesson plans that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
- Teach swimming lessons to customers in a safe and effective manner, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidance.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues, providing a high level of customer service.
- Contribute to the development of the swim lesson programme, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting new ideas.
- Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, and ensure all concerns of a child safeguarding nature are referred in a timely and appropriate manner.
- STA Award or Certificate or a Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming.
- Experience of teaching a diverse customer base.
- Passion for teaching swimming and a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
