Swimming Teacher

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a dedicated and passionate Swimming Teacher to join our team.

About the Role

This permanent position offers a set schedule with regular working hours and days. We are looking for individuals with a Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming or an STA Award or Certificate, and experience teaching a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing lesson plans and a comprehensive scheme of work that meets the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • Undertaking sessions according to the programme timetable, ensuring classes commence and finish at designated times.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers and potential customers, putting people at ease with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Complying with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct at all times, referring concerns of a child safeguarding nature in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Ensuring lessons are delivered safely and effectively, to a standard that complies with regulations and guidance.
