About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Teacher to join our team at Kaplan International Languages. As a Senior Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting the Director of Studies in managing the delivery of our English language programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the school has the necessary teaching and learning resources to deliver the curriculum to the highest standard.
  • Support with testing, induction, student reports, and attendance.
  • Develop and deliver staff development programmes through observation, mentoring, and CPD delivery.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the school's academic provision.

Requirements

  • TEFLQ status (e.g. DELTA or equivalent).
  • Experience in administration work, preferably in an ELT environment.
  • Experience in developing learner autonomy.
  • Experience in effective student counselling and tutorials.
  • Experience in teaching a variety of levels.
  • Experience in teaching exam preparation and/or business classes.
