Job Title: Loss Prevention Advisor

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Investigating and analyzing incidents of loss and shrinkage
  • Working closely with store teams to implement effective loss prevention strategies
  • Providing coaching and training to associates on loss awareness and prevention
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to loss prevention
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a retail security environment, preferably in a loss prevention or asset protection role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
