Position Overview
As a Lead Senior Care Provider, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized care and support to our residents during daytime hours. Your role will involve promoting the dignity, privacy, and independence of each individual while overseeing and guiding your team to foster a nurturing and joyful environment.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting direct observations of care assistants during meal times.
- Ensuring that all resident activity logs are accurately maintained.
- Providing comprehensive handovers to the incoming shift team.
- Assisting residents with their morning routines, including dressing.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in a residential setting.
- Completion of an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.

- Strong communication skills and proficiency in IT systems.
- Ability to inspire and motivate fellow team members.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of our residents.
