Senior Care Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Methodist Homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
- Support residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication.
- Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about caring for older people and has previous experience in a care setting. You will hold a minimum of an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. You will also have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
