About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our customer-facing teams, ensuring seamless interactions with customers, and driving sales growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Quoting and transacting product sales enquiries generated by our depot network, external sales teams, and hubs.
- Managing sales orders, supplier PO placement, and customer invoice management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and escalating issues when necessary.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced operational environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
About You
To succeed as a Sales Coordinator, you'll need:
- Demonstrable administrative and customer service skills.
- Previous product sales experience and product sales knowledge (desirable).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiating and influencing.
- A results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn new IT systems and technologies.
