Senior Electrical Project Manager

We are working with a leading engineering company to find a senior electrical project engineer to lead a hyperscale data centre project in NW London.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a training plan for staff and operatives.
- Oversee the delivery of the project within time and cost constraints.
- Hold monthly team meetings to discuss project progress against milestones.
- Ensure compliance with programme, materials deliveries, engineering, quality, and safety standards.
- Audit the project in accordance with the design plan.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure health, safety, and training requirements are met.
- Monitor productivity and maintain project progress control.
- Minimise company exposure to risk on the project.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and local authorities' requirements.
- Manage labour and subcontractors to ensure installation compliance.
- Develop and execute project work plans and revise as necessary.
- Apply the client's methodology effectively and enforce project standards.
- Audit and prepare on-site quality plans, monitor and maintain site EHS requirements.
