We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Experienced Nurse Prescriber to join our team at Stenhouse Medical Centre. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse patient population.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing autonomous, high-quality care to patients with undifferentiated medical and psychiatric conditions
- Diagnosing and treating patients with acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing and reviewing medication
- Coordinating care plans and ensuring patients and carers are involved in decision-making
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care
- Participating in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Health Care Practitioner
- Recognized Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Experienced Nurse Prescriber qualification
- Independent Non-Medical Prescriber status
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
