Your duties will encompass:

  • Providing an exceptional catering service while adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety protocols.
  • Reducing waste during meal preparation and utilizing equipment properly.
  • Reporting concerns and issues promptly.
  • Supporting the culinary team with kitchen preparations.

Essential qualifications & experience:

  • Level 2 food safety certification.
  • Understanding of health & safety procedures, including control of substances hazardous to health (COSHH).
  • Prior experience in catering with knowledge of fundamental food safety and safe knife & kitchen equipment usage.
  • Experience working with elderly individuals.
