Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image and message across all activities.
  • Plan and execute the marketing calendar, including budget planning and management.
  • Deliver high-quality marketing outputs on time and on budget, reporting regularly to the country manager and European Marketing Manager.
  • Establish and maintain a high visual standard, attention to detail, and ensure a professional brand image/creative is maintained across all marketing assets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure accurate planning of key campaigns and events that align with the strategy and business objectives.
  • Maintain excellent control over external suppliers for budget, messaging, and creatives.
  • Regularly propose creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, project management, or related roles.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a creative thinker.
  • The ability to fully commit to projects and events, especially during busy periods.
  • A dynamic, thorough, and enquiring approach to balance the needs of a wide range of projects and executions.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; conversance in other European languages is beneficial.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite is highly beneficial.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent, Advertising, or related field is preferred but not essential.
