Company Overview:

Job Purpose:
Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in overseeing project expenditures, optimizing costs, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Management: Support in developing cost forecasts and tracking project financials.
  • Procurement: Aid in sourcing materials and subcontractors, as well as assessing bids.
  • Contract Administration: Assist in drafting and managing contracts, and documenting site activities.
  • Measurement and Valuation: Evaluate and quantify ongoing work, prepare payment requests, and perform valuations.
  • Risk Management: Recognize and address potential project risks.
  • Client Communication: Foster communication with clients and subcontractors.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while promoting health and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
