Position Overview

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will handle a variety of inquiries and requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively overseeing the 'customer at risk' initiative for the branch's client portfolio, ensuring prompt resolutions and client retention through service adjustments and negotiations. Ensuring that profit margins align with regional expectations during client negotiations. Documenting and tracking potential client churn, identifying and reporting emerging trends. Promoting our services and assisting the retention team during upselling initiatives. Managing aged debt and liaising with affected clients. Collaborating with various departments that influence customer relations and retention. Identifying at-risk clients and potential upselling opportunities within the regional portfolio.You will facilitate the transition of accounts from field service engineers to the retention team, staying informed about current pricing and service costs to better support both the retention team and our clients. Regular communication with clients will be essential, utilizing newsletters and territory management strategies to strengthen relationships with SUEZ.
Qualifications
Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills. Proficient in IT applications, including Outlook and Excel.About Us
