As the initial contact for potential home buyers, you will utilize your skills to surpass sales objectives while building strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include managing the presentation of our show areas, upholding the prestigious image of our organization, and ensuring that available properties meet our exceptional standards.

This position will be primarily based at our designated site, with sales offices and marketing suites located in various regions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential new home sales
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional customer service abilities ensuring a seamless client journey
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong negotiation capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective customer service skills, including empathy and active listening
  • Able to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
