Role Overview:
As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing a newly awarded contract for a continuously growing M&E and Facilities Services company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing planned and reactive works for all M&E and HVAC services, as well as managing small and minor works projects. Previous experience with planned and reactive contracts will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all administrative tasks for a dedicated client, including:
- Raising jobs and scheduling engineers and subcontractors for reactive, remedial, and PPM tasks.
- Issuing contractor work orders and supplier purchase orders.
- Ensuring compliance with service reports and job cards for each assignment.
- Creating PPM schedules and quotes.
- Managing data input on the customer portal.
- Assisting in the management of all PPM activities across client buildings to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships while reporting any service failures.
- Ensuring consistent service delivery across all sites.
