About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team at Bailie Group. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects from initiation to completion.

Your primary focus will be on managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring that project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the delivery process. You will be responsible for compiling and distributing project reports, managing internal resources, and planning and delivering projects within budget and time constraints.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Compile and distribute project reports, including RAID logs, highlight reports, and sprint summary reports.
  • Manage internal resources, including developers, testers, and solution architects.
  • Plan and deliver projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Follow internal processes and governance, including Prince2 and Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Report to and support the Senior Management Team within the business.
  • Build a strong team ethos, encouraging individual and team responsibility.
  • Build a strong rapport and engagement with customers to ensure that success is clearly articulated and achieved.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in an Agile/Prince2 project methodology (digital/cloud/low code).
  • Experience of managing projects through multiple elements of their lifecycle.
  • Agile/Prince2 qualification and demonstrable experience thereof.
  • Experience in managing software delivery teams.
  • Project budget management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience working within 'digital delivery'.
  • Stakeholder/client/3rd party management experience.
  • Can deliver successfully to key milestones and own the delivery plan.
  • Demonstrable evidence of team leadership and instilling core corporate values.

It would also be beneficial, but not essential, to have experience delivering 'low-code' digital projects and 'case management' digital projects.

Hybrid and homeworking arrangements are available, with a minimum standard for homeworking environments that must be maintained.

Due to the nature of the role, clients and project management team support, there will be requirements for on-site working in Leeds.

Vetting

Due to the nature of this role and the business, you will need to either currently hold UK Government clearance to a minimum of SC level or be able to undergo and maintain this level of clearance through CDS application.
