Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our diverse studio. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will lead project teams, write specifications, and manage small teams internally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop initial proposals and ensure compliance with design, legal, statutory, and professional requirements for large and complex projects.
  • Develop technical specifications to support working packages and assess the needs of clients and users.
  • Manage and coordinate the design team and associated professional consultants.
  • Produce, analyse, and advise upon specification, materials selection, and detailed design solutions.
  • Evaluate and advise upon refurbishment, repair, reuse, recycling, and deconstruction of buildings.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in the industry.
  • Good Revit knowledge and ability to work on a range of projects within a multi-sector studio.
  • Able to work and manage a small team, and work independently.
  • Eager to share experience and knowledge with others working on projects across the company.
  • NBS knowledge is advantageous.
