Air Conditioning Engineer Role

About the Job:

Aurora HVAC Ltd is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and constructing air conditioning systems. This role may require travel for on-site work and the ability to handle urgent situations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on air conditioning units.
  2. Inspect and work on components like heat pumps, valves, and pipework.
  3. Respond promptly to emergency service calls and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  4. Utilize technical manuals and schematics to diagnose and replace faulty parts.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant certifications or qualifications in air conditioning engineering.
  • Comprehensive understanding of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
  • Proficient in handling different types of pipe work for system installations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Strong time management abilities to meet project deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
  • Hold a valid driver's license for transportation needs.
