We're seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our Production team in the Teesside Region, reporting directly to the Site Manager.

As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll provide on-site support to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the build programme and company standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the site is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of customers
  • Effectively managing sub-contractors, plant, and materials
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety and site presentation

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production role within the house building industry. You'll need to demonstrate your ability to work within a team, possess effective communication skills, and be able to motivate others. A CSCS Supervisor card is a minimum requirement, and a Trade or academic qualification in Construction Management is highly desirable.
