About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our Production team in the Teesside Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities on site are carried out in accordance with the build programme and to the specified company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site support to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the build programme and to specified company standards.
  • Ensure that the site is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the complete satisfaction of customers.
  • Effectively manage sub-contractors, plant, and materials.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards of the highest order and exemplary standards of site presentation.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a production role in the house building industry.
  • Ability to work within a team as well as working independently.
  • Effective face-to-face communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate people.
  • CSCS Supervisor card as a minimum.
  • Trade (City & Guilds) or academic qualification in Construction Management.
