About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team at Kingston. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality lettings management service and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit managed properties to conduct pre and post-move checks, undertake inventories, and arrange necessary works with contractors.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure properties are ready for new tenants.
- Manage repairs and maintenance, working closely with our lettings team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Exceptional administration, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages.
- Understanding of what makes a difference in delivering excellent customer service.
- Enthusiastic team player.
- Excellent attention to detail.
