About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Project Manager to join our growing engineering team at Cambridge GaN Devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of internal product and technology development projects, as well as public-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Support the project management team in improving project management procedures.
Requirements
  • Masters' degree in engineering or science.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in semiconductor or power electronics development.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
