Job Title: Mobile Catering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Catering Supervisor to join our team at Fife Council. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mobile catering services, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our catering team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the preparation and serving of food, ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our procurement team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
