Key Responsibilities- Purchasing and Logistics Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive buying strategy across all product categories, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the purchasing and logistics team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Vendor Management
- Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing margins.
- Monitor and review supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory data, enabling efficient and effective purchasing administrative tasks.
- Review and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Produce regular reports on departmental efficiency, including lead time, stock aging, and stock movement insights.
