{"h1": "Job Title: Band 6 Quality Nurse", "h2": "Job Summary", "p": "We are seeking an experienced children\u2019s nurse to join our Band 6 team on Woodlands ward. As a Band 6 Quality Nurse, you will provide professional, clinical, and managerial leadership to nursing staff within the ward.

Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional nursing care, undertaking staff appraisals, attendance management, and other operational management and clinical duties. You will work alongside the current Ward Sisters and support the Ward Manager to ensure we maintain the highest standards of care at all times.

You will contribute to managing the nursing and material resources of the ward in a flexible and cost-effective way. The post holder will adhere to the NMC Code of Practice at all times and ensure ward compliance with and application of hospital policies and procedures.

Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Governance systems in the ward/department relating to Risk Management, Health and Safety, and Controls Assurance.
